How does it work?

It's very simple! Any volunteer who has participated as an effective or reserve candidate in at least one clinical study at Johnson & Johnson CPU in the past can recommend friends. When your referred acquaintance screens for a study for the first time, they fill out a form and complete the questions. After their screening*, you will receive a reward of € 150 within 6 to 8 weeks as a thank you for your referral. You can read the terms and conditions below.

* The new volunteer must not have participated in study-specific screening at J&J CPU before. No reward will be issued if they test positive for drugs or alcohol during the screening. We reserve the right to change or terminate the referral system at any time. This program is subject to approval by an independent Ethics Committee. 

 

Subject to the following conditions, the 'refer a friend' reward will be issued: 

• The person through whom the new volunteer was referred (the "ambassador") can receive a reward of €150 (up to 15 times) if all conditions are met. 
• The ambassador must have previously participated as a reserve or effective candidate in a study at J&J CPU. 
• The new volunteer must not have participated in study-specific screening at J&J CPU before.  
• During the screening, the new volunteer will receive an email with a link to the online form “TV-FRM-56087 Refer a Friend.” There is also a button on the CPU website linking to the form.
• The new volunteer and the ambassador must mutually agree to share each other’s information with us. It is the new volunteer's responsibility to complete the online form “TV-FRM-56087 Refer a Friend.” Paper forms are no longer accepted. 
• The online form can be completed by the volunteer between the screening and the start of the study (day -1). Documents submitted after this time cannot be accepted by J&J CPU. 
• After the screening, the ambassador will receive a reward of €150 within 6 to 8 weeks as a thank you for the referral. No reward will be issued if the volunteer tests positive for drugs or alcohol during the screening. After verification of the referral, the form will be removed.
